Chief of staff
Opportunity for a self-starter to organize, deliver, and get immediate results. Work experience in life sciences, engineering, manufacturing or nutrition, with proven track record. Undergraduate or graduate degree with fluency in some dimension of life sciences and business. Experience working in corporate environment essential; experience in start-ups a plus. Primary objective is to expand executive leadership’s time and opportunities through management of tasks and relationships.
Director of R&D
Scientific and product leadership sought! 5 years of more history leading R&D and/or product development for companies, university spin-outs, and/or multidisciplinary research projects. Advanced scientific degree in relevant materials science, polymer chemistry, molecular/cellular biology, food chemistry. Will coordinate research divisions of BioFeyn, support and lead development of scientific strategy alongside CSO, manage product development for nutritional and therapeutic products, facilitate regulatory approvals, and coordinate staff and laboratories, while liaising with business team.
Nanoscientist (encapsulation)
Research-focused professional with PhD in polymer chemistry, nanoscience, materials engineering or related field. Experience/expert level status in nanoencapsulation, with knowledge of nutrient and drug delivery. Interest in sustainability and willingness to translate biomedical knowledge for various applications with a primary focus on animal agriculture.
Cell culture lead scientist
Scientist with advanced degree (PhD or MS) in biotechnology, molecular biology or polymer chemistry, with a particular focus on tissue culture, alternative protein and cellular agriculture. Experience/expert level status in nanoencapsulation, with knowledge of nutrient and drug delivery. Interest in sustainability and willingness to translate biomedical knowledge for various applications with a primary focus on cellular agriculture.
Director of cell culture partnership and sales
Enthusiastic and personable candidate sought with demonstrated ability to organize and deliver for teams. At least 5-years of more history working in biotechnology or agricultural sciences, with a particular focus on tissue culture, alternative protein and cellular agriculture. Advanced degree in life sciences (PhD, MS), business (MBA), or other related field. Will be responsible for managing external engagement with cell culture and cellular agriculture community, including development of relationships, sales, research partnerships, communications, policy, and all outward facing dimensions of BioFeyn work in the area. Critical role which will also influence product development decisions internally.
