BioFeyn has partnered with Tufts University to work with the laboratory of materials engineer David Kaplan. David is a global leader in nanomaterials and his research staff are widely experienced in encapsulation and food science.

BioFeyn CSO, Marie Imbert says, “We are thrilled about this new partnership. David’s expertise in the field is unparalleled and we look forward to working with Tufts researchers to expand our product portfolio, focusing on critical nutrients needed across the growing BioFeyn customer-base.”

With this partnership BioFeyn is also gaining access to the most active laboratory of cultivated meat in the United States, a derivative application of BioFeyn product R&D, and closely related cousin to technological applications in fish.
