The NCE Seafood Innovation Award is presented in conjunction with the North Atlantic Seafood Forum (NASF), the world’s largest seafood conference. The jury comprised both official judges from DNB, Pareto, and NCE Seafood Innovation, as well the voting public.

The award was presented on the basis of environmental impact, business, team and potential for growth.

In his award acceptance, BioFeyn CEO Timothy Bouley noted, “we need to continue to learn from people on the front lines of fish health and sustainability so we can scale Biofeyn, scale innovation, and push this industry in new ways that are both good for the environment and good for markets.”

With this prize, BioFeyn receives 100 000 NOK, a membership in the cluster NCE Seafood Innovation, participation at NASF 2023, and an invitation to present at next year’s Seafood Innovation award.
